The Smart Send consignment-label is emailed to you in a PDF file format. PDF files can be viewed or printed using many PDF reader software programs, the most popular program is called Adobe Reader. If you do not have Adobe Reader software on your computer, you can download it for free from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
If you have a problem with your printer and cannot print the consignment-label, you will need to postpone the pickup date (please notify us before 10am on the pickup date via the Customer Service link on our homepage or via the 'Support Home' link on this page). The consignment-label contains a customised barcode which is required to track the goods in transit. The pickup driver will refuse to pickup the goods without the Smart Send consignment-label attached to the goods and a Futile Booking Fee will be charged to you before we can reschedule another pickup attempt.
