Bookings may be changed, postponed or cancelled no later than 11.30am on the date of pick-up by notifying us through the Customer Service link on our homepage (or via the 'Support Home' link on this page) and providing your Consignment Number (a 5% cancellation fee may apply for cancelled bookings). If cancellation occurs after 11.30am a Futile Booking Fee may apply.
Please note only customers that originally completed the booking on our site can make changes or cancellations to bookings (and we must receive the request from the same email address used to complete the booking on our site).
